About GSF For Kids

Our Opportunity to Give Back to Our Community!   Originally developed to support youth sports, the program has expanded to include other non-profit organizations.

The program is simple! Step One: Select one the participating organizations to receive a donation. Step Two: Tell your loan officer the organization you chose prior to signing at the close of your loan.                     There is no cost to you.                            To make sure the donation is made as requested, we must know who you have chosen prior to the close of your loan.

GSF for Kids expands! To meet these needs, GSF HOME LOANS has expended the program. Good Sense for Animals is an example. GSF HOME LOANS will continue to expand our donation program as other non-profit organizations become Community Partners. The Community Partner decide how to best promote their participation. There are no fees to the Community Partner!  How to become a Partner The simple process of becoming a Community or Business Partner starts with a phone call to Frank Bonilla at GSF HOME LOANS at 520-795-3566 or e mail frank@gsfloans.com Become a Community Partner To qualify as a Community Partner: Your organization must be non-profit Your organization must have a local presence Become a Business Partner To qualify as a Business Partner: You must have the desire to give back to the community You need to be a local real estate agent or real estate developer You are require to match the $500.00 donation from GSF HOME LOANS  upon the completion of each qualifying transaction. You must promote the program in the community once you become a Business Partner, your information will be listed and linked on our Business Partner page GSF Home Loans reserves the right to accept and terminate Business Partners How Does It Work? It's really simple! The program consists of GSF Home Loans and a network of local realtors whose contributions will be received directly by the partisipating Community Partners at the time of closing.
